The project story
One home, one coordinated renovation
The Malinya Road renovation reconfigured the layout and renewed the home across its kitchen, wet areas, storage and living spaces. The client remained living in the home throughout, making coordination an important part of the job.
Materials that carry through the home
New 12mm hybrid flooring runs throughout, with herringbone tile floors in the wet areas and 40mm Caesarstone benchtops in the kitchen. The kitchen renovation included a Harvey Norman appliance package, with cupboard and storage upgrades helping the new layout work day to day.
The details, and the work beneath them
Bathroom and ensuite works, a renovated laundry and a subfloor drainage upgrade formed part of the internal scope. V joint lining feature walls, new doors and hardware, LED lighting and switch upgrades, and a fresh internal repaint completed the finishes. A further bathroom stage is planned for early 2027 and is separate from the work shown here.
